“Be prepared to help whenever needed and to know that she will do the job well even in an emergency” is not only Reinalda Medina’s motto as a lifelong girl scout, but her guiding principle when delivering services and implementing strategy in the human resources field.

For the past 30 years, she has left an indelible imprint on leaders and employees alike as a results-focused leader who delivers employee relations, leadership guidance and culture shaping solutions that help organizations harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – its people.

Before joining Scratch Foundation, Reinalda served as CHRO at the New York Hall of Science, Vice President of Administrative Services at CUNY- Queens College and a variety of deputy administrator roles within New York City government. She holds a graduate degree from St. John’s University and in 2022 she was listed in Craine’s New York Business as a Notable HR Leader.
