Designing a Future Shaped by Curiosity
In 2025, with support from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, Scratch hosted the first-of-its-kind Curiosity Convening at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. In collaboration with Stanford University Professors Bruce McCandliss and Nick Haber, we convened cross-disciplinary experts in neuroscience, AI, developmental psychology, and educational design to explore curiosity as a scientific concept and design principle.
